absolutely love this place! Walking in here feels just like visiting family—you are always so well-welcomed and treated with such kindness. The entire staff is wonderful and clearly takes great pride in their work. Beyond the amazing service, the food is delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into how they prepare their food and how they handle their business. Also, this is hands-down a top-tier local kolache shop; these are some of the best kolaches I’ve had in a really long time, and I’ve been trying a lot of different spots lately. Highly recommend checking them out

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience I regret to inform viewers of such a highly unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered here at Central Donut. The level of service provided fell significantly below reasonable consumer expectations and reflects poorly on the brand. During my visit, staff displayed a lack of professionalism and care when addressing customer needs. The communicating was dismissive and unhelpful when assistance was requested and there was a clear absence of accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. The overall environment suggested poor management oversight and inadequate staff training. As a customer, I expect basic standards of courtesy, respect and problem resolution. Unfortunately, this interaction demonstrated a failure across all three areas. This experience not only impacted my perception of your business but also raises concerns about how consistently customers are treated at this location.

Came here today for 2 sausage croissants, 1 dozen donut holes and a chocolate old fashioned. Food is good however I only got 10 out of 12 donut holes and I called to let them know they miscounted but nobody answered. Make sure you have all 12 donut holes before leaving.

These donuts are so good. They are fresh, soft, light and so tasty. The kolaches are very good. If you are taking them home, don't have them hear them for you. Instead put them in their bag and nuke them for 30s, spritz them with a bit of water and then toast then in the toaster oven. They will be warm all the way thru, crispy on the outside and not dried out.
